Tom Quinlin has an extensive banking background, which includes 33 years experience working for Wells Fargo Bank. He was a correspondent banker for over 20 years, working with local community banks throughout the state of Iowa. His other banking experience includes lending, management, operations, retail management and government relations. He is actively involved in trade groups and banking associations. Tom and his wife, Joan, live in Ankeny.
Debra Quinlin Coyle brings over ten years banking experience to the Midwest Banking Careers team. She uses various marketing techniques, including the Internet, to attract and select the best candidates. Debra comes from a banking family, which includes her father, Tom, and two brothers who have banking careers in Iowa. Debra and her husband, a banker in the Sioux City area, have two children.
Tom and Debra are committed to long-term partnerships with banks and place a high priority on professional and confidential placements. We work for the best interests of the banks we serve. We collect no fees from candidates, so there is no incentive to place a candidate unless that candidate is truly the best person for the bank.
