MIDWEST BANKING CAREERS
PLACEMENT POLICY 2010
Midwest Banking Careers is a placement agency specializing in helping banks to successfully find the best candidates for management-level and executive-level positions. We assist a bank in identifying its personnel needs, and then in determining the desired skill set that would best fill those needs. Next, we offer the bank several qualified candidates that are a solid fit for the position. The bank selects the candidate that it believes will be the best fit.
We work for the best interests of the banks we serve. We collect no fees from candidates, so there is no incentive to place a candidate unless that candidate truly is the best person for a specific bank.
Upon the successful placement of a candidate with a bank, the bank pays Midwest Banking Careers a fee equal to 20% of the expected first-year compensation.
Midwest Banking Careers strives to offer long-term solutions for banks and we work with each bank to ensure that a candidate will be a good fit with the organization. If a candidate does not stay with the bank for at least 100 calendar days, then the bank can chose from the following two options: (1) a one-time 100% replacement credit, or (2) a pro-rated cash refund of the placement fee minus 1% per day for the number of calendar days from the employee’s start date to the end date.
We work to ensure the confidentiality of both banks and candidates. We will not publicize specific banks or names or towns. We will not share specific information until there is a high likelihood of placement.
Midwest Banking Careers has references available to provide banks with proof of our professionalism and effectiveness. Our employees have over 30 years of working in banking and marketing in the Midwest, and we are committed to long-term partnerships with banks.
